Your school or organization can benefit by selling our flags. We have simplified the forms and simplified the distribution. Your organization earns a percentage of the sales (see chart below). As a bonus, we offer incentives to the students when your organization sells over $2,000.

As a free service, we will pack each order separately and label it for the customer. This makes it much easier for the students to distribute to their customers. Then all orders will be shipped together to your organization. Flags will be shipped 3-4 weeks after ordering date. Full payment is required at time of placing your order.

Prices: Small flag: $10.95, Large flag: $20.95, Accessories: varies in price, see attached FUNDRAISER PRICING form. These prices include shipping and handling.

We suggest you limit the number of days your promotion will last. Usually 10-14 days gives you plenty of time and avoids procrastination.

Incentives: We offer gift certificates to Wal-Mart. We feel that the child can then choose whatever gift he/she would like. We welcome other suggestions for gifts if  Wal-Mart  Gift Certificates are not satisfactory with your organization.

First Prize: $100 gift certificate.
Second Prize: $50.00 gift certificate.
Third Prize: $25.00 gift certificate.

Below is a list of percentages your organization can make. Look it over, decide if this will work for your organization and then let us know if you are interested. Flags are very popular and we carry only the best quality. We keep our prices as low as we can.

We will mail you as many catalogs as you will need. A signature and credit card number will need to be provided to guarantee payment of these catalogs. If you organization accepts the plan, and sells $1,000 or more in sales, we will not charge you for the catalogs. They will be yours at no charge. But if we send you the catalogs, and sales are not sufficient to cover these, we will then charge you $1.00 per catalog. This is to guarantee us that we are not spending money on our catalogs and shipping fees and not receiving sales. We will supply you with a deadline to complete the sales, if after that time no orders have been sent to us, we will then charge you for the catalogs. We feel this is only fair. Enclosed you will find a catalog.

$500.01-$2,000.00=15%
$2,000.01-$6,000.00=18% + incentives
$6,000.01-$10,000.00=20% + incentives
$10,001-$15,000=23%+ incentives
$15,001 plus=25 % + incentives

Sample:
100 students each sell 5 large flags @ $20.95 each: 500 X $20.95=$10,475. 23% of $10,475=$2409.25 for your organization, plus incentives for the students.

100 students each sell 5 small flags @ $10.95 each. 500 X $12.00=$5475. 15% of $5475=$821.25. for your organization, plus incentives for the students.

Summary: 100 students sells 10 flags (5 large and 5 small flags). Your rewards will be $3230.50. These calculations can vary greatly depending on the amount of flags sold.
