We will process your order as soon as possible, usually being shipped the next day.  Orders for flags only are sent via USPS First Class Mail, orders that have large accessories such as garden arbors or stands are send Fed Ex Ground.  If you wish to upgrade your order to Priority Mail or Fed Ex 2 day, please let us know at the time you place your order.   However, the buyer is responsible for addition shipping costs.

Due to increased postal costs, we now charge a flat $1.00 shipping fee on all orders from the US and Canada. All other countries will be charged the exact shipping fee. Payment of any duty, VAT, customs, tax and/or similar fees applicable to orders placed outside of the US are the responsibility of the receipient.

Refund Policy--We will refund the purchase price of any items returned within 2 weeks,  as long as they are in original shape, less shipping and handling fees.
